Liverpool have transformed since FSG took over the club in 2010. The Reds have have been shaken up top to bottom, broken down and built right back up again. There have been overhauls in nearly every department, from recruitment to coaching and beyond. One of the more decisive overhauls is set to be completed in the near future – Liverpool are reportedly heading to the new Kirkby training complex next month.

Since taking over in 2010 FSG have completely rebuilt Liverpool Football Club.
When the Americans took over from the previous Americans the club was facing administration, lumbered with debt and with a downbeat fan base.
In the decade since we have seen the owners gradually turnaround the club’s fortunes, posting record profits and lifting trophies – boasting success on and off the pitch.
This has been down to a commitment to the finer details, most evident in the success of the data driven recruitment policy.
Liverpool move to Kirkby
The Liverpool move to the mammoth Kirkby training complex has been a long time in the making.
The Reds were meant to make the switch to the £50m new build at the end of last season but delays to construction caused by the global health crisis meant that the move was pushed back.

According to The Athletic, Liverpool will finally move to the Kirkby training complex during the international break in November.

The switch happening in the international break makes sense, you don’t want to make the move midweek – that would disrupt match preparations too much.
The timing of the switch means that the last game prepared for at Melwood will be Manchester City away – surely there can be no better send off than beating City away?
Hopefully we’ll see the move paying dividends straight away, Jürgen Klopp allegedly had a lot of input into the design of the building and he was pushing for a redesigned training complex from the moment he arrived at the club.
